We kindly ask you to park your car in the designated car spaces. The boxes at the exit are for loading only.
Our shopping carts can be found outside, under the canopy. If your cart is full, feel free to ask our checkout staff to leave it near the checkout with your name and customer number while you continue shopping. Our staff will ask you whether or not they can start scanning your purchases (time permitting).
At the checkout you can pay cash or by card. We accept credit card, MasterCard and Visa payments subject to an additional fee of 2%. We have wrapping paper and boxes ready for you, allowing you to properly pack your purchased items to prevent breakage and damage during transport.
Tip: in order to promote a fast turnaround at the checkout, we kindly ask you to place your items on the conveyor belt with the barcode clearly visible.
Complaints and manufacturing defects
Since the products on offer do not belong to us but to the exhibitors you find in the cash & carry, we cannot take back items unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have any complaints, please e-mail us at email@example.com within five working days from purchase with a description of your complaint and customer number.
